To our business partners: Introducing the Partner Hotline

At Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. we have established a consultation and reporting hotline in Japan to ensure transparent and fair transactions with our business partners. Through this hotline, our business partners can provide their opinions and observations, from which we aim to promptly identify concerns related to legal violations, misconduct in our procurement activities, and any difficulties in our business transactions. By swiftly addressing these issues, we strive to further promote fair and appropriate transactions.

Hotline use

The hotline is available to executives and employees of partner companies in Japan who engage in business transactions with our company.


The hotline is managed by an external law firm, ensuring strict confidentiality. Company names, individual’s names, or the content of consultations will not be disclosed to any third party. Consultations can also be anonymous.

Consultation support

If there is any act or purchasing transaction that may cause a loss of trust from our partners, customers, or society, our Compliance Office will verify the facts from a neutral standpoint and take appropriate corrective measures and countermeasures as necessary.
