The Nissan Global Guideline on Human Rights is a compilation of specific action points on how to respect employees' human rights, intended to explain Nissan’s commitments as well as providing a framework to ensure that the human rights of employees are respected throughout our business in each country and region of operation. It aims to align Nissan’s practices with international and local expectations on how to manage human rights issues.

The guideline supports the "Nissan Human Rights Policy" which outlines Nissan’s commitment to respecting the human rights of all stakeholders.
