Overview

This thermal imaging sensor is equipped with a 2,000 pixel infrared sensor that uses far-infrared to measure the temperature of objects without contact. Thermal images are monitored using a personal computer and the system can be linked to an alarm. It can be used for various applications, including monitoring abnormal heat generation and measuring temperature data.

Enables highly affordable, versatile products

Research and development is underway into a technology (infrared imaging sensor) that detects people in locations that are out of reach for headlights in order to support safe nighttime driving. It reduces the cost of expensive sensors with limited application potential. It can be sold at one-fifth to one-tenth the price of conventional products.

Network compatible, lightweight, compact body

The stationary model has excellent versatility and a dust- and drip-proof structure. A LAN network connection enables the simultaneous use of up to four (4) sensors. When an alarm is raised, one (1) image is stored in the sensor body.

Overview

This body surface temperature measuring unit is equipped with a 2,000 pixel infrared thermography system. It rapidly measures body surface temperature and flashes a warning lamp when it detects a temperature above the preset alarm temperature. It can be installed at employee entrances, schools, and facilities where people gather in order to check for fever without touching the body.

Easy to operate, standalone operations

Completes measurement in just 3 seconds without contact. Hygienic and ideal for preventing infection by influenza and new viruses. One-half to one-third the price of competing products.

Displays thermal images on a linked PC

The application software for the body surface temperature reader has various settings and enables images to be displayed. The assessment function can be set in 0.5°C increments, the comment display can be set for the assessment result, and measured data and thermal images can be automatically saved.
