Sedan
Skyline is one of the best cars in Japan that originated from Prince Motors and was taken over by Nissan. The second generation Skyline S50 was released by Prince in 1963. The first generation, a full-size sedan, was utterly changed to a small-size family sedan.
Advanced monocoque body was adopted and maintenance was unnecessary for several years. "Sealed engine" (1500cc, 4-cyl. in line, OHV, 70ps) guaranteed no maintenance up to 40,000km or for 2 years. Chassis didn't need periodic lubrication. Other equipment included the world's first "non-reflective meters" and layout with a low center of gravity pursuant to human-centric ideas that have been passed down in Skyline.
