Sedan
The Bluebird U11 (seventh-generation) was launched in October 1983. The Maxima was launched in October of the following year as the high-end version. As an FF car, it was Japan's first to use the V6 engine. Distinctive was its nose, which was 90mm longer than the U11. The most advanced version, the Legrand, was equipped as standard with a high-quality audio system and an ultrasonic, electronically controlled suspension.
