DATSUN Vans have supported daily life of Japanese by transporting various goods from Nissan's early days. Van 520 was rolled out in 1965. Mounted engine was J (1300cc, the max. output 62ps, the max. torque 10kgm). The max. speed
leaped to 120km/h, which made long-distance, high-speed driving easier. 55mm increase in width resulted in the seating capacity of 3 and more comfortableness.
The body resembled Bluebird 410 from the beginning. Headlamps became 4-bulb type lamps in 1966 and the appearance looked more alike. The fourspeed manual transmission was fully synchronized, and the lineup became
"Deluxe" and "Standard". This is "Deluxe" after a minor change.
