Sedan
Launched in June 1987, the seventh-generation (Y31) model was designed to optimize the pleasure of motoring. In particular, the Gran Turismo, which imparted a quality feel to driving and featured a sporty front design, proved to be very popular. It had a V6, DOHC 24-valve engine, and attracted attention as the first Nissan car to use a low-friction turbo charger with ceramic turbine.
