Nissan Skyline 2000GT (1970: GC10)

The third generation Skyline C10 was born in 1968 after a full-model change. It was famous for its nickname "Hakosuka (Boxy Skyline)". Features included wider and lower body and edgy styling. Especially the character line on the rear fender was designed based on the hydrodynamics and later called "Surfin' Line".

In August 1969, the 1800 series was added when a minor change was made and the legendary advertising campaign with the copy "Ai-no-Skyline (Skyline Of Love)" was started. Since then, Skyline became more and more recognized as grand touring car with its own identity.

This car is 2000GT after the minor change with owner's modifications such as twin carburetors.
