"Nissan Patrol" born in 1951 was the Nissan's first 4WD car and has been favored all over the world due to its rigidity and high traveling performance. 6 generations of Patrol models were rolled out in 70 years from 1951 to 2021. It was known as "Safari" from 1980 to the 2000s in Japan.
Y61 rolled out in 1997 is known as the third generation "Safari" in Japan and as the fifth generation "Patrol" in overseas markets.
