Sedan
The third generation Leopard JPY32 released in 1992 was renamed to Leopard J. Ferie and upgraded to a high-end sedan based on Cedric/Gloria Y32. "J. Ferie" was a coined word for the French word "jour ferie (holiday)". It was released as "Infiniti J30" in North America at the same time.
It was an unconventional high-end car with curvy styling with downwardly inclining tail that was contentious in Japan, and interior and design similar to those of British high-end cars. A driver also could enjoy driving a powerful car with high performance achieved by two types of engines; 8-cyl. V-type 4130cc and 6-cyl. V-type 2960cc. This car is "Type L" with the 3-liter engine.
