Sedan
The first-generation Sunny (Datsun Sunny 1000) was released in 1966 as a concept for a 1-liter class basic sedan that was more compact than the Bluebird. From then, the Sunny led the Japanese affordable passenger car market for several decades, and from the 1970s, as a global car deployed in over 100 countries and regions, it overtook the Bluebird to become Nissan's highest-selling passenger car.
The seventh-generation model, the B13 Series, released in 1990, appealed with its neat style and high quality as a normally evolved version of its predecessor, the "Trad Sunny" B12 Series. While only 4-door versions were available in Japan, there was also a sporty 2-door sedan in the overseas market. Meanwhile, a coupe version, the NX coupe, with individual styling by Nissan Design America was released at the same time.
The car here is the mainstay "1500 Super Saloon" with special features to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Nissan's founding (1993).
