Datsun Fairlady (1961: SPL213)

A full-scale export of Datsun FairladySPL212 to North America started in January 1960 and it gained recognition as a small-sized sport car. It underwent minor change into SPL213 in October and the maximum power increased from 48ps to 55ps.
The production volume of SPL212/213 series was around 500 in total. The letter “L” stood for “left-hand drive” which meant it was the export edition. This car is SPL213 in red and white with a curvy lace on the body side.
