Sedan
This is Datsun Deluxe Sedan (DB) rolled out in March 1948 as a successor of Datsun Standard sedan (DA) that was the first passenger vehicle manufactured by Nissan after WWII. While Standard Sedan (DA) adopted linear body that was easy to manufacture on chassis of prewar design, Deluxe Sedan (DB) adopted an American styling body.
The engine originally mounted on DB was 722cc type, the same as that of DA, but was changed to 860cc and 20ps type on DB-2 rolled out in September 1950 with reinforced chassis. The horsepower of DB-5 rolled out in February 1953 was improved up to 24ps.
