Launched in November 1979, the 910 (sixth-generation model) was the last Bluebird to bear the Datsun name. With its straight bodylines and the sporty ride offered by the newly developed zero-scrub suspension, it proved very popular. It was the best selling car (compact car category) for 27 months in a row. The SSS-E/G was the top-grade model, equipped with a multi-voice warning system.
