Datsun Fairlady 1500(1962: SP310)

Datsun Fairlady 1500 (SP310) that stole the show at the 8th Tokyo Motor Show in 1961 was released in 1962 as the first full-fledged sports car. 1500cc engine for the first generation Cedric 30 was mounted on chassis for the first generation Datsun Bluebird 310 and the styling resembled UK-made sports cars such as MG and Triumph at that time. The early spec of "G" engine of 1488cc OHV were the max. horsepower of 71ps and the max. torque of 11.5kgf-m. The output was improved to 80ps in 1963 by adopting SU twin carburetors for export version.

This car is a 1965 model year car and was restored in 2018 to nearly its standard conditions including frames and body.
