Randy Pippins – Production Manager
Randy started his career at Nissan with his high school diploma, and thanks to Nissan's Education Reimbursement Program, he was able to get both his bachelor's and his master's degrees. He believes that his success wouldn't have been possible if not for Nissan's support. He credits Nissan's competitive environment for his desire to be a better version of himself and is excited about his future at Nissan.

Randy, a Production Manager, has experienced both personal and professional growth throughout his career at Nissan. He started as a Technician working in the Paint Department and in time, was promoted to an Area Manager and then to a Production Manager.
Working at Nissan gave Randy the opportunity to further his education and see his hard work pay off in real time. When he started with the company, he had a high school diploma, and thanks to Nissan's Education Reimbursement Program, he was able to earn both his bachelor's and master's degrees.
Now, as a Production Manager, Randy is responsible for creating a safe environment for technicians, supervisors, and support staff. He's also responsible for the production schedule, ensuring that the team stays on track on a daily basis.
When reflecting on his time at Nissan, Randy said, "Nissan has done so much for me. I'll always be in debt to this company." He believes that Nissan is a great company to work for and attracts great people to work with, making it one of the greatest companies he's worked at.
