Rear-seat comfort concept

We developed two fundamental technologies to reduce body sway and smaller vibrations that rear-seat passengers often experience as bumpiness, so they can read, write or sleep comfortably on the road.

  • Double-piston shock absorbers
  • Comfortable springs and high-bumping urethane foam seat pads

Double piston shock absorbers (Frequency-responsive)

The double piston structure dumps vibrations from the road surface.

New function and new structure

  • More channels lower pressure and keep vibrations down.

High-damping urethane foam seat pads

The softness of the urethane* dampens vibration and its high damping effect** cuts sway in half.
