System Overview

The parking-guide feature makes the system truer to the "easy to understand, use and see" concept.
Easy to understand
- Employing two screen views showing birds-eye view and front/rear views, the system helps the driver watch the space in front, to the side and rear simultaneously.
- Sonar-assisted cameras at each corner of the vehicle build easy-to-understand views on the display.
Easy to use
- The birds-eye view helps the driver see where to begin backing in and steering, for a more intuitive understanding of the parking process (top right)
- Displaying rear and curbside views on a split screen, the system helps the driver simultaneously watch the rear and curbside front, the most important points in parallel parking.
Easy to see
- Super-wide angle, high-resolution cameras provide clear images in different views
- By viewing both a projected trajectory by steering angle and a target line to the selected parking space, the driver can correct steer at a glance (bottom right)
System Configuration
Four super-wide angle (180 degrees), high-resolution (1.3 megapixel) cameras change viewpoints and synthesize images.

The system uses an original Nissan human-machine interface (HMI) that creates an overall birds-eye view.

2) Simulation result appears as a birds-eye view
