At Nissan Motor, we focus on quality as our highest priority to gain customer satisfaction and trust, and to have lasting relationships with customers.
To initiate our quality activities, we have introduced a corporate approach of “Nissan Quality House,” identifying 4 key quality pillars of the customer journey, also transforming employee mindsets and brand attractiveness as driving factors.
