Our dealers and call centers receive many voice of customer. Those customerís dissatisfaction and expectation are the foundation for quality improvement activity.
Chief Quality Engineer exists for making use of customer voice in the vehicle development and production.
Being responsible for Quality in product development phase, they try to thoroughly understand the customerís point of view and continuously deliver it to the development team.
They have a critical role in developing a new car. In order to strengthen our product competitiveness, they are handling the voice of the customer every day.
