Nissan Employee Earns a Gold Medal at the 39th WorldSkills Competition (2007/11/21)
The 39th WorldSkills Competition was held at Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture from November 14 to 21, and Nissan players excellently achieved good results in the competition.
Nissan entered into two skill categories of the competition. Akira Shimizu won the gold medal in the Industrial Electronics category and Keisuke Moriyama the bronze in the Automobile Technology category. This is the second consecutive year that Nissan received a gold medal as the Nissan team, following that received in the Mechatronics category at the last competition, held in Finland.
