"Diversity Site" on the intranet
Nissan's "Diversity Site" can be accessed by any employee via the intranet. The site contains information related to Nissan's diversity promotion activities. A forthnightly e-mail newsletter is sent out to all employees, which highlights various internal activities, interviews with staffs, tips for cross-cultural understanding and diversity-related topics. This site offers an interactive communication tool to learn about Nissan's diversity.
Training "Diversity Workshop" for Managers (Japan, America)
Nissan has implemented mandatory diversity training for all managers. The participants learn the importance of diversity in Nissan, how to manage their teams and leverage diversity as a competitive strength.

The Diversity Forum gathers our employees together to discuss the subject of diversity. The Forum includes Nissan's senior executives and invited guest speakers from outside the company. To-date, more than 1,000 employees have attended the forum and deepened their understanding on diversity.
